Rearing traditional and ornamental hens on free range
The main chickens reared are Rhode Island reds and Light Sussex. They are both attractive, productive and very hardy. I also have dark brown egg layers like Marans and Welsummers etc during the year.
All birds are allowed access outside from around 5 weeks of age making them
hardy and healthy.
All poultry are sold regularly during the year usually
at point off lay. Any specific breeds can usually be sourced, just give me a
ring.
